This one-pan recipe is perfect for a cozy dinner, and yes , you can sing along while you cook!
Ingredients:
* chicken breasts
* 3 tbsp flour
* 3 tbsp grated cheese
* 1 tsp paprika
* ½ tsp pepper (or to taste)
* 2 tbsp oil (for frying)
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1-2 tomatoes, chopped
* 2-3 slices of bacon, chopped
* 100 ml cream
* 50 g grated cheese (for the sauce)
* 1 tsp parsley, chopped
* Cheddar cheese (to top)
Instructions (sing along if you like!):
1. Mix flour, grated cheese, pepper, and paprika in a plate.
2. Dip the chicken breasts in the mixture.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken on both sides until golden.
4. In the same pan, add onions, tomatoes, and bacon together. SautΓ© for a few minutes.
5. Add cream and grated cheese, stir well. Then sprinkle in pepper and parsley.
6. Return the chicken to the pan, top with sauce and cheddar cheese, and cook until the cheese melts.
7. Serve warm and enjoy,
