🥕 Ingredients:
Cabbage
Courgette
Broccoli
Carrot
Celery
Maltese cheeslets (Gbejna)
1 chicken stock cube
Tomato paste
Water
👩🍳 Method Overview:
Prepare and chop all vegetables.
Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the vegetables.
Add chicken cube and tomato paste.
Place a plate with water on top of the pan and allow to cook.
When almost ready, smash the vegetables and return them to the pan.
Add the Maltese cheeslets and continue cooking.
Add more water if needed.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
