Creamy Chicken Vol-au-Vents 🥐🍗

Chicken breast 🍗
Pepper & paprika 🌶️
Onion 🧅
Bacon 🥓
Mushrooms 🍄
Cream 🥛
Grated cheese 🧀
Fresh parsley 🌿
Cheddar cheese (for topping) 🧀
Vol-au-vent cases 🥐
Method 👩‍🍳
1. Season the chicken breast with pepper and paprika. Cook in a hot pan until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside. 🍗🔥
2. In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion until soft. 🧅
3. Add the bacon and cook until lightly crispy. 🥓
4. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. 🍄
5. Pour in the cream and stir gently. 🥛
6. Add grated cheese and chopped parsley and pepper mixing until the sauce is smooth and creamy. 🧀🌿
7. Chop the cooked chicken and stir it into the sauce. 🔪🍗
8. Fill each vol-au-vent with the creamy chicken mixture. 🥐
9. Top with grated cheddar cheese and serve warm. 🧀✨
