Ingredients
Chicken breast 
Pepper & paprika 
Onion 
Bacon 
Mushrooms

Grated cheese

Method 
1. Season the chicken breast with pepper and paprika. Cook in a hot pan until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside. 

2. In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion until soft. 
3. Add the bacon and cook until lightly crispy. 
4. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. 
5. Pour in the cream and stir gently. 
6. Add grated cheese and chopped parsley and pepper mixing until the sauce is smooth and creamy. 

7. Chop the cooked chicken and stir it into the sauce. 

8. Fill each vol-au-vent with the creamy chicken mixture. 
9. Top with grated cheddar cheese and serve warm.
