Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Potato Bake
🛒 Ingredients
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tomatoes, chopped
* 100–150g bacon pieces
* 1 cooked chicken breast, cut into pieces
* 1 cup fresh cream
* Black pepper, to taste
* ½ cup grated cheese (mozzarella or mixed cheese)
* 1–1½ cups grated cheddar cheese
* 3–4 boiled potatoes, sliced
* Thyme (fresh or dried)

👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ Make the Sauce
Fry onion in a pan until soft.
Add garlic, tomatoes, and bacon. Cook until bacon is lightly crispy and tomatoes soften.
Stir in cream, black pepper, and grated cheese.
Simmer until slightly thickened.
2️⃣ Add Chicken
Mix in the cooked chicken pieces.
Cook for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
3️⃣ Assemble
Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
Sprinkle a layer of cheddar cheese on top.
Arrange sliced boiled potatoes over the cheese.
4️⃣ Finish
Season potatoes with pepper and thyme.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
🔥 Bake
*Oven:* 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes
*Air Fryer:* 180°C for 12–15 minutes
Bake until golden, bubbly, and slightly crispy on top.
